Positioning Meta as a global leader in AI and innovation at VivaTech

Worked as part of a team Meta invited to pitch for the design and production of its $525K booth at VivaTech 2025, Europe’s largest startup and tech event. The brief focused on positioning Meta as a global leader in AI and innovation, showcasing its latest advancements in generative AI, wearable technologies (Ray-Ban Meta Glasses and Meta Quest), and business solutions for startups and enterprises.

The activations required bold, immersive experiences that embodied Meta’s brand values while addressing themes like sustainability, longevity, AI for business, and creative technologies. The 209m² booth would include workshop spaces, AI demos, mixed-reality activations, and thought leadership content - designed to captivate a high-level audience of 150,000+ visitors, including C-suite leaders, startups, and media from 174 countries.

Ray-Ban Meta Activation

Designed a space that allowed attendees to interact seamlessly with Ray-Ban Meta’s AI capabilities -  from General Q&A to Object Identification, Text Understanding, and Creative Captioning. This required extensive prompt testing across multiple interaction types to ensure fun and intuitive engagement. This became the busiest activation on the stand, with 1,323 attendees taking part in the demos.
